As herbivores,
rabbits need a diet that is high in fibre – with any rabbit
food always give your rabbit plenty of hay, grass, oat straw, or
other long fibre sources. Not only will this help keep your rabbit
healthy and keep teeth in good shape, but it will also keep him
or her occupied. As a guide, a medium-sized rabbit will require
about 100-150g of mix a day (vary for smaller or larger breeds).
It is important not to let your rabbit eat too much and get fat,
so reduce this amount if you are feeding lots of vegetables.
Rabbits kept outside will usually need more food in the winter and
less in hot weather.

Guinea Pigs
have different nutritional needs to rabbits as they aren’t
able to produce vitamin C themselves. Because of this it is important
that they are fed a specially formulated feed such as The Natural
Petfood Company – Guinea Pig, which contains vitamin C and
everything else that your guinea pig needs to keep him fit &
healthy. The average guinea pig will need between 30-50g of this
mix per day.
If you have rabbits and guinea pigs and want one feed that will
suit them both, then choose Natural Petfood Company – Guinea
Pig.
